The De Luca Development team review, analyse and deliver De Luca's own development's in the retail, commercial, industrial and residential sectors. The team diligently manages the development process from the conception stage, through to sales or leasing and completion. Our experience dealing with regulatory bodies and consultants across multiple projects has enabled us to build strong alliances with experts across many fields.

Our construction process is underpinned by a collaboration between our clients, partners and our rich 25 years' of experience in achieving landmark outcomes. Our internal processes also ensure that we capture cost efficiencies throughout each step of the construction process.

Our Asset Management division consists of industrial, commercial and retail assets. The team are highly experienced individuals who have a genuine passion for the industry and care for the people and assets they manage. Management of all external contractors to ensure compliance and presentation of the asset and all services are being met.

Our team at De Luca is led by Founder and Managing Director Nic De Luca. Each individual is selected for well-rounded experience and unmatched knowledge from their discipline within the construction industry.
