James gave a very detailed quote and nailed the scope (he listened) on quite a big backyard construction job. Quoted price was competitive. A negative was lack of communication until the job started, we didn't hear anything for a couple of months. Once started, I was hugely impressed with their skill, quality control, attention to detail and work ethic. We added some scope for extra tiling, automated irrigation and turfing, which was done without fuss and at minimal cost. James runs a small but efficient company, with an excellent apprentice Matt. We were recommended Two Pines by our designer as a landscaper with very high attention to detail and who won't take short cuts. Being a relatively new landscaping business we were a little apprehensive at first but we needn't have been, James did a fantastic job and we are totally thrilled with the result. Scope of the works:
- New side boundary fence which looks superb.
- Remove old turf & soil and supply and level off new soil and re-turf.
- New garden beds with fully automatic irrigation system to lawn and garden
- New tiled granate path with front steps and door plinths tiled same style
