I would recommend Smart Choice Granny Flats for anyone looking to build. From the start speaking with Justin everything has been very transparent no hidden fees or surprises. All staff during the process were very professional and knowledgeable especially Sharon in the office who did a great job with choosing everything for my home to Chris in finance and meeting with Stuart the site Manager during the build process. Nothing was ever a problem for Stuart he would go above and beyond to get the job done. I can not fault this team in any way. Thank you to all of you for everything I love my new home

I cannot stress how helpful Cameron and his team have been. 5 other granny flat builders said that it was impossible to build a granny flat on our investment property. Cameron and his team easily got it planned and approved and actually completed the project within 12 weeks. Another surprise was that there was no surprise in the end. No extra cost, everything executed as per the plan. Actually they ended up covering the cost for certain things which were not anticipaated. Truly a turn key project. Had looked around at other granny flat builders but it was just all too hard. After contacting Smart Choice Granny Flats they made things so easy and nothing was too difficult.
