Contacted via website 2 weeks ago to get a quote. After no response for a week, rang the contact number and got a young lady that said she would have to get someone to call me back and took my details. Another week passed and still no contact. I'd rather a polite sorry, we can't help you or too much on at the moment, but totally ignoring potential customers is just bad business!!
