These guys were so great to deal with from start to finish, from quick email response to organising a quote for the split system as well as installing ceiling fans. The guys doing the installation were the nicest guys (I wish I could remember their names)- nothing was too much trouble. The prices were reasonable too. I would definitely use them again!

Bought a wood heater - Pacific Energy Neo 2.5 through the Hot & Cold Shop in Shepparton. It's an awesome unit, super efficient and can fit large logs. We also bought a fully insulated flue kit and it has come up looking very neat and adds to the efficiency of the wood heater. Hot & Cold Shop were great to deal with, friendly service and very knowledgeable on the product which helped with the initial install and were more than happy to give some after sales advice on the running of the unit. Would highly recommend the Hot & Cold Shop to anyone.

You couldn't ask for a more positive experience. Free, no pressure quote by a knowledgeable company rep after an on-site inspection. (This is important. Companies who only do phone quotes are padding the price in case your installation is difficult.) The Hot and Cold Shop only contract out installation jobs to trusted, competent tradies. Friendly, neat lads who are happy to take a little more care to minimise visual impact. We bought very high quality MHI A/C's. (If you can't buy Oz at least don't buy Chinese.)

Purchased split system airconditioning in 2019, by december 2020 it had run out of gas due to an installation fault and left us with no aircon for a few days in summer. They had told us they would come to repair first thing in the morning - we waited and waited, they turned up at 3 in the afternoon! 2 months have passed since their 'fix' and the unit has run out of gas again. They were meant to come fix it today before lunch but haven't turned up, my partner and I waited for them and we have places to be. They have now told us they will come at wednesday at 12:30, here's hoping they do come and
