Services
General Insect Treatment
Our general insect treatment targets spiders, flies, mosquitoes, cockroaches, and other common pests. Using a water-based, biodegradable pyrethroid spray, we treat both internal and external areas for maximum effectiveness. The non-repellent formula ensures pests come into contact with treated surfaces, providing up to 90% reduction in activity within 12 months.
Termite Inspection
Professional termite inspections use thermal imaging to detect hidden activity. Our technicians identify moisture issues and entry points, providing detailed reports within 48 hours. Inspections follow Australian Standards, with treatment proposals available for active infestations starting at $250.
Rodent Baiting Program
Our rodent control includes internal and external bait stations, roof cavity treatment, and follow-up inspections. Commercial properties receive numbered station plans and service records. Baiting programs start at $220, with station inspections available from $120.
Roof Cavity Dusting
This service prevents infestations in roof spaces by targeting spiders, silverfish, and ants. A fine dust treatment is applied to inaccessible areas, disrupting breeding cycles. Starting at $150, it's often bundled with general treatments for $230.
Ant & German Cockroach Service
Specialised treatment for ants and German cockroaches uses gel baits and granules in addition to perimeter spraying. The multi-method approach targets nests and foraging paths, starting at $220 for average-sized properties.

Wow. First time I've ever had this done before. I've had many insects inside and outside my home. After a good spray by Greedy Gecko, the following day was unreal. it's amazing what came out of the woodwork! Outside was just as good. A huge centipede for one. The man spraying was thorough at his job. I would certainly recommend Greedy Gecko. Thank you.
