Asked the customer service person assigned to us when the next work will be done, as it's been a month since we made our 2nd progress payment. Didn't get any updates at all even when I asked if there's at least a rough schedule. With the lockdown and all, I couldn't go to the site to check. Next thing I know, I was getting charged for another progress payment. Really bad communication. Just hoping the quality of the built for the price we paid is worth it.

Staff has contacted me and so far I'm happy with the improvements they've made regarding communication. It's nice

Live in one of their apartment buildings - superb design and facilities. Of course, we had some defects like everybody else has but they have been very efficiently rectified.

The worst developer in whole Sydney. They just rip you off. I am resident of Taiga. Terrible customer service.
