We started our journey with Crystal Pools about 12 months ago. They were very professional in obtaining the approvals from Council. The coordination with the builder was also very impressive to minimise delays. The quality of the work could not have been any better. The technology that controls the pool and spa was also simple and effective. We are enjoying the pool and spa everyday as we have gas heating and a heat pump which work extremely well. As we put solar panels on the roof the heat pump costs us nothing to run and i would highly recommend installing one with the pool construction.

Another five star review for Crystal Pools. This was our first pool and we had heard mixed reviews from many companies. However a friend used them and was happy so we decided to do the same. So glad we did. From day one they were professional, courteous and patient. I think having the right, experienced Project Manager organising the build of your pool is very important. Jesse was incredible and if you can have him you wont be disappointed. He made so many excellent suggestions that we hadnt thought of. Furthermore he was always willing to answer many questions, regardless of how busy he

We engaged Crystal Pools in 2020 to build our inground, concrete pool and spa. We were extremely happy with our Project Manager (Jesse) and all the trades that Crystal placed on our job. Not the cheapest pool builders but certaily on top of the list as far as quality and job management goes. We can highly reccommend Crystal Pools and just love the finished product we have.

Crystal pools were a great company to deal with. All the trades were experienced & professional. The pool turned out perfect with no dramas, delays or hiccups on the way. My sister had a disaster with her pool company, so did a friend of mine. You won’t have an issue with crystal pools, they have way to much experience. Justin simpson.

Thank you again Crystal Pools for your recent work on our new pool. For anyone out there looking around for the right company to trust, we can save you the looking around; Crystal Pools are the company to go with! From start to finish they were flawless and we now have our dream family home and pool which went off without a hitch. The marketing material provided to us was top notch, the other suppliers didn't even come close.
