I have been frustrated with Eden Brae with the kind of service they have been providing. I am the third owner of property built by Eden Brae. I purchased this property for more than a million dollars, been trying to seek consent to release the engineering and architectural drawings for my home renovation since past a month or two and still awaiting. Upon following up they are not cooperative and not ready to provide the consent. How ridiculous to not have the approved drawings of the home that you own!!!!!

I have built my first dream home with Eden Brae in 2017 October. It was a 40 plus square meter single story house. Both me and my wife communicated with the Kitchen designer ( engineer) who has really poor experience and knowledge about the kitchen measurements which ended up in setting a Kitchen bench top with no extension for the breakfast table. Actually there was well enough space to set the bench top ( extended) but the person who dealt was now good in that and could not visualize the space and gave us wrong directions. I have spent over 60 grant ( Additional) for the kitchen with no proper
