I totally recommend Pegasus for all your pest control or inspection needs, but especially if you are looking at purchasing a home and want reliable, thorough and honest advice on the condition of the property so that you can make an informed decision. These guys went above and beyond to accommodate and work around my schedule at very short notice. I was kept informed before, during and after the 'prior to buying' Building and Pest Inspection. I was given a detailed Building and Pest Report within hours of it being conducted. The inspector also spoke to me in length, explaining any issues he found

Huge thank you to Cathy for booking my Pest Inspection (and liasing with Building ) in on short notice. Murray was ahead of time, thorough, professional and was able to detect termite damage in the walls which you could not see with the eye. Finding this has helped me with my contract conditions of purchase.
