I recently contracted ECM to construct a back patio which is essentially an outdoor living space. Sean, Sagi and the team were the consumate professionals from the intial quotation, to design, planning, to undertaking the work. I am so impressed with my amazing patio and my family and friends have all commented how great it looks and most importantly it looks like it was always there and not an add on. I highly recommend ECM!!

Sean, from Exclusive Construction Management, undertook a big renovation for me. Removing a wall between kitchen / lounge room, full kitchen and bathroom renovation, new built-in wardrobes and internal painting of my whole unit. This was all done during a really challenging time of COVID restrictions. He absolutely went above and beyond to get my reno done. Sean worked with me on my design wants and gave me some great alternative ideas. He is really approachable and responsive to any questions or queries. Reliable and honest and the end result is beautiful. I am so grateful. Thank you Sean for

Sharon was a pleasure to deal with. Always responsive he listened and modified any concerns we had, always without complaint. He worked during very difficult times and the outcome could not have met our needs better. We are delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend him highly. He goes over and beyond the brief to ensure an excellent outcome.

Exclusive Construction Management has recently completed my bathroom renovation - its magnificent!! Renovation can be painful, however, Seans skilled, professional approach made this pain free from start to finish. Nothing was too hard or too much trouble with care taken to keep my home clean and checking I was aware of all the steps and processes. Sean is reliable, diligent and all expectations were met. I would highly recommend ECM.
