I have been living in my Better Built Home now for almost 2 years. I still love it and when people come and visit, they comment on how gorgeous it is. The post quality assurance was fantastic and Brayden was excellent in helping us. The whole building experience is easier with Better Built Homes. Their customer service is impeccable and simply put… Aaron and his team (Neal, Jeff, Lesley, Mel and Peter) were phenomenal. Nothing was too difficult and we achieved the look and style we wanted. If I ever have the opportunity to build again, I would definitely be contacting Better Built Homes

From the time we signed up until handover, Better Built Homes were a 5 star company. Communication during all the stages of the build was outstanding! All questions or issues (which there were very few), were fixed or replied to without any delays. Our house was finished ahead of time, and we love the end result. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is Review from us as young couple as a First Eye Witness to our first time ever to build our first home. Lots of Prior 3 years of Research on who's excellent, average and everything in between) a lot of rejection to what I though was straight flat block I bought on my own. I was given a brush off non official referral from a another… builder that refused to take me on because of my local council location (old western Sydney suburb). Mixed experience. Really good interior finishing, including flooring, electricals, equipment etc.........but not so good an experience with the outside finishing. Also, as first time home buyer, we now feel that we would have made some better choices had we received a bit more information about our options (potential choices and recommendations at… the stage of choosing the design and size of house) from the sales team at the display home.
But, given the current standards of most other builders, I would say pretty decent builder overall, and most of our concerns at Practical Completion stage

My daughter has just moved in to her new Better Built Home and I could not be more impressed. My daughter and her husband have built before so knew what to expect but this surpassed her expectations. It is a beautiful home and to see how happy they are also makes me happy.
