I was very happy with Leon and the team we achieved the right balance for the development and maintained a very good working relationship, including sourcing reliable consultants for the complete project and overcoming any concerns that the council raised with a very good outcome

My partner and I loved the experience of working with Leon, Harmony and their team on our plans for a complete renovation of our 2 bedroom apartment. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgable and creatively able to find solutions to problems that had us stumped. They always seemed to strike a great balance between accomodating our ideas and letting us know when better options would enhance our build. I am confident that their attention to detail and experience have resulted in a huge cost saving and ways to add value to our property without breaking the bank. We would highly recommend

Leon and Adam have been exceptional for my project in Kirribilli. With the available floor space ratio I could only imagine a space creation of 1.5x. The minds of Progressive Plans transformed my space into 3x the usable floor space all thanks to their professionalism, amazing design and relations with council.

We recently completed a major renovation of our home based on a design of Progressive Plans Building Design. Initially we had a very little idea of a suitable design and as suggested by Leon, we just provided him with pictures of the houses in our neibourhood which we liked. From them, Leon came up with a design which we liked very much. He also gave us very thoughtful and practical advices to make the house look attractive. He also introduced us to a very good builder which we appreciated very much. The outcome is so much better than we expected and we are receiving very nice comments from our

After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I engaged Progressive Plans and commenced the process of designing my renovation. From concept to completion, Leon, Harmony and the team were outstanding; carefully blending my ideas with their expertise to create a design I am extremely happy with! The benefit of having these experts consolidate the noise of ideas, translate them into a design, select and itemise all components and recommend key trades makes the cost a very worthwhile investment. I will, without doubt, engage Progressive Plans for my next project.
