Had a very positive experience with Redsell. They came and installed four new air-conditioning units at our Church building and were professional and thorough. They even came out after the install to ensure all the units were working correctly. Would highly recommend.

We obtained 3 quotes and are so happy we chose Redsell. Greg did our quote and was hands down the most professional salesman weve dealt with. He listened to what we needed, how we use our air conditioner and explained what he thought would suit us best for our new ducted system. My father is an ex air con mechanic of 40 years and so I wasnt someone who could be bluffed with sales talk, though I neednt have worried as Redsell were very honest with their quote and recommendations. On the day of the job a team of 4 guys turned up on time (early actually) and were professional, happy

At no time was I told there was going to be a $190 CALL OUT FEE for them to do exactly NOTHING! Try hey spun my wife a tale that I had agreed to pay. NOPE! The unit in question was old and I would not have agreed to pay $190 on the off chance it could be rescued! Enjoy the $190 you pack of thieves!

These guys installed a new ducted system for us this week after our old system died just before Christmas. From the punctual arrival time & until the finish of the job the guys were all professional & very friendly & courteous. From the first contact with their office & a very prompt service call & quotation was done. Great job to you all & thanks.
