I contacted Dean for a quote on the 8th Jan 2022 and received a response within 24hrs. We agreed on a day and time that was suitable for me. On the 11th Jan Willy arrived on time with a phone call beforehand to let me know he would arrive within 10 minutes.
Willy cleaned my lounge suite and I was extremely happy with clean and I was also impressed that there was no mess left. My little dog was also happy that Willy gave him cuddles. The cleaner was in my 4x2 house for no more then 10mins. The carpets didn't smell clean and after using my spot cleaner to check I noticed that the dirt being pulled was still significant. I used this service because of availability and reviews but I wished I went elsewhere. They aren't the cheapest so I can't even say "you get what you pay for". My advice, hire a bunnings carpet cleaner, it'll offer a better clean and better value.
