We recently had Essentially Residential build us a new home. As we were downsizing to retirement we wanted a builder that would build us something different but practical. Well I cant tell you how happy we are. This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. From concept into design, our finished home was so easy with their process. Colin has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to designing homes; he was able to get materials and supplies even though this was a challenge for most builders at the

Michelle and Colin had thorough knowledge and confidence in what they were designing for us from day one. Their interpersonal and oral communication is impeccable - always an answer at the end of the line and happy to meet on site. Actively onboarding new design components throughout the entire build stage, Michelle ensured what was envisioned would be delivered at the end. The tradesmen adhere to high working standards, are very approachable, and the communication between all trades is very impressive. Our home is timeless in design and feel! We are thankful to have been recommended Essentially

Colin and Michelle listened to my vision, and ensured that the end product was what i dreamed of. They are a true team, they are all about excellence in all aspects of the build.
Approachable, business like and talented is how i feel about them at the end of this project. I would be happy to give a glowing reference to any one thinking they might be going to undertake the daunting prospect of building their dream home.
