We used McKnight and Bray to design a house extension for our home in Bendigo. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by Brent, Josh and the team throughout the process. They thoughtfully considered our requirements and walked us through an iterative design process that resulted in a design that exceeded our expectations. A number of complex technical issues were involved and the team developed innovative, cost effective solutions that both met our needs and those of our local Council. Couldnt recommend this firm any more highly.

I would not recommend this business. Business model based on fixed contract pricing and delivery of substandard customer service. Lack of attention to detail and awareness for council rules and regulations. Resulted in a 7 month wait upon completion. No attempt for familiarity with customer requirements. Unapproachable with careless attitudes and lack of professionalism. Very disappointed with the price and quality of output.
