Everyone, i have been dealing with this company for years now, and have always had exceptional service. always greeted at the door and offered assistance if needed. i don't spend much each visit and mainly only one produce purchased - that is why i go there, i am always confident they have what i want. please don't let one bad experience overshadow the future.

Went here to buy half a dozen specialty beer glasses (Headmaster) only to be told rather brusquely by the sales assistant - who seemed more focused on cutting up coloured paper than attending to a customer - that they only sold them in boxes of 72. Now, it is a catering supplies shop, but would it really be too much trouble to open a box and sell the glasses individually or in smaller lots, as they do with other glassware products? It appears non-commercial customers are not wanted here. I took my business elsewhere and ordered the glasses on Ebay.
