James and his team installed ducted aircon for me and were fabulous. The service from their customer support team were always on hand to answer questions and they worked with me even when we had unforeseen last minute changes and adjustments. Their price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I recently needed an air-conditioning system retrofitted into my 1990's apartment as part of a full renovation.
James from Fused was able to provide a variety of options and explain them to me as a non-expert. It was quite a complex installation and needed to fit in with a range of other trades as part of a project, which went well and as a result, there was no delay to the tight schedule. I am delighted with the result which looks excellent and functions very effectively. It is a considerable advantage that James and his field team have office support. This keeps everything running smoothly
