Our mission is to design, build and maintain quality plumbing infrastructure so that the health of the community is protected, now, and well into the future.

Our core business is commercial maintenance however we undertake work in all aspects of plumbing and gas fitting, which includes both large and small jobs, commercial and domestic maintenance, installation, renovations, heritage work, and new construction.
Lakeside operates predominantly in the Perth metropolitan area and has the capacity to conduct work in regional areas of WA also. From great customer service, to investigation and through to project management, the Lakeside team's knowledge and experience deliver within budget and timeframes expected of a large corporate entity like Hawaiian Shopping Centres.

Lakeside Plumbing & Gas was first established as a partnership in 1989, operating from a home-based office in Joondalup WA. The business has been through various phases of development over its 28 year history. It became a fully incorporated company in 2003, relocated to brand new business premises in the Joondalup Business Park in 2005, and is now solely owned and operated by its founding director Phil Roggio.

Phil has 42 years of local plumbing knowledge and experience, commencing his career at 15 years of age in the project home construction industry, progressing to luxury homes, commercial maintenance and construction, supervision, and finally at 29 years of age started Lakeside Plumbing and Gas. He is proud to be a plumber and recognises the value of the skills he has diligently learnt and developed over many years.
