The sign up process was great but it quickly went down the toilet from there. Zero communication, they get shirty and apparently put you on the bottom of the pile if you ask for updates which wouldnt surprise me given how long everything is taking. That is unfair considering people are paying rent on top of a mortgage and ask for updates to know how many more years they need to extend their rental contract. Building a house should be exciting but youve killed any excitement we had. Considering how much it costs to build the least you could do is COMMUNICATE and I dont mean generic delays

Loved our build so far, Oakford has been so helpful and prompt with all our planning and selections and have made building a house a little bit easier. I'm sure when built we will appreciate the quality of our home much more than the standard multibuild cheap places bring thrown up by other builders.

This was our first new home. This was a great experience from the point we met with steve from the sales office to selections which had a huge selection to choose from then finishing up getting the keys from Neil who was realy organised getting my house finished right up to hand over i couldnt of asked for better service it was excellent. I had a custom design build with a few changes to the plan and the end result was exactly how i wanted it with next to nothing left to do but put a lawn and washline my back yard. There was No hidden costs only extra cost i had were extra add ons my wife and

First and last time to buy a house from oakford since receiving a house with so many mistakes around the house dishwasher doesnt work since handover and the builder knew it was not working on that day. Waiting two months until they call back to fix it when its unused which is ridiculous it should be a replacement. Since we got the house they fixed the front door handle instead of replacement. All scratched and not looked after. Payed extra to get a good dishwasher yet was broken and unused.
