Have been using Alltec for over 15years I have 2 machines over 14 years old took them the for annual service and pac test at that age they need a few new parts they strip the machines they take out the vacuum motors and water pump strip them down and replace any parts that at needed as a reasonable cost some companies could say you need new things when you do not .Well done Alltec another satisfied customer

Firstly I would like to apologise for not posting this sooner. I meant to do it at the time. But simply forgot.I run a carpet cleaning company based in Southend and like most people have been hit hard during the lockdown. My family like many others had extremely limited supplies of disinfectant as shelves quickly became empty as panic buying occurred. One day i received a package from Alltec This included disinfectant sprays and chemicals and was a god send that helped me and my family stay safe. What a wonderful kind and generous gesture. Has to be by far the best customer service every time I have contacted Alltec. Dispatch of goods purchased always next day delivery too. 5 stars from Squeak and Bubbles.
Edit: After emailing this company twice re something I purchased from them (inline sprayer), I'm very disappointed in them not replying. Going to have to go to another supplier about purchasing the part that I thought would have come with the sprayer. Poor communication.
