Strata approval, building rules, access arrangements and waterproofing are incorporated into our project planning, ensuring the renovation is managed as one coordinated service. Our family-owned business has specialised in Sydney apartments since 1994 and has completed more than 1,000 projects. 
Our apartment kitchen renovations are designed specifically around the requirements of apartment living and building regulations. We provide a fixed price before commencing, manage Strata approval and coordinate the renovation through to completion. From compact galley and U-shaped kitchens to open-plan layouts, we carefully organise access, cabinetry, stonework, plumbing and gas requirements throughout the project. 
We provide apartment bathroom renovations with fixed pricing established before work begins, certified waterproofing and a six-year warranty. Our team manages the strata by-law and approval process through to final handover. Great duo of Richard and Claude at Fine Touch. They really transformed our kitchen (last photo) to be an open, host-friendly space. Loved the finishing touches, their communication and speed. Long overdue post. Richard and Claude transformed our whole house last year. We used Fine Touch for 3 bathrooms, our laundry, kitchen, new floors, painting and more. They used quality tradies and were regularly on site to check progress, attention to details were great and they don’t take short cuts.
