Faultless service provided to my clunky, temperamental 25+ year old garage door. Fitted a new motor and did a thorough service and a few extra adjustments. They were friendly, polite and took my personal circumstances and budget into account when advising me on best option to meet my needs. My garage door gave up on me on Sunday. I called Slide and Glide first thing Monday and a team was around that day. They checked out the problem and offered options to get the motor replaced. The boys were able to get the job that day. Service was great and I thoroughly recommend this company for gatagr door service and repairs. A very happy customer.

It is highly unlikely to call for a service and have a technician come within a few hours let alone on the day of the call, however this is what Slide and Glide delivered - prompt and efficient service!
Unfortunately we needed to replace the motor on our garage door but they were equipped with the part and able to leave us with a working model on the day without disruption.

Happy to recomend, both guys were super helpful and explained everything in detail. They were upfront and honest in the way of replacing items that needed replacing but also advised of things that may need doing in the future as a heads up, but not yet requied. I called up on a Friday morning thinking I wouldn’t get a booking till next week but Tyler fitted me in on the same day for someone to come within 2 hours. Michael attended and did a great job servicing my garage door while also offering a solution to help get some extra height which I needed to fit a vehicle in. Our garage door stopped working suddenly so I rang the place that usually services our door and they couldn’t fit us in for a week, which didn’t suit with a heavy garage door and small kids in the house. Rang these guys and they had a tech out to us within an hour who sorted the problem. Old fashioned good service at a fair price, thanks heaps, we’ll be back.
