Moving is never not stressful, and youd expect it to be even more so with a 3.5-month-old baby. But this is probably the easiest and hassle-free moving day Ive ever experienced with Double J Removals They provided boxes, organised the packing ladies and the boys who did the move were on time, quick and efficient, and took great care moving all our items. I barely lifted a finger, and all we have to do now is unpack our boxes. Highly recommend, I will surely be a return customer (hopefully not too soon!!)

We had an unexpected move and at one of the busiest times of the year, when I initially called Hayley for a quote even though I had no house to move too or a moving date she was very obliging. Hayley is friendly, helpful and full of energy no matter when you talk to her text or email, she gets back to you. Once I had the quote it was a matter of finding a house and a moving date. We eventually found a house and we had a two week time frame to move, I was worried Hayley would not be able to find me a moving date at such short notice, she found me one. I am impressed with their service from the start, with Hayley the Relocations Manger going out of her way to book me in with covid and the xmas end of year rush making bookings scarce and to Madison, J and the boys eagerness and efficiency. It's been a long time i've come across any professional of any trades or services that provide their services to a competent and quality standard. All the staff were respectful, courteous and eager to carry out their duties. They responded to my requests on placement of items with particular care taken to not mark the walls with any scuff marks being freshly

Hayley was fantastic when we were trying to find the right removalists on relatively short notice. Her communication and knowledge is what won me over. When they removalists arrived, they were very fast and were able to get our entire apartment move done in less than 4 hours! I can thoroughly recommend Double J Removals if you're after getting the job done quickly and professionally.
