Scott was lovely to work with. He fitted us in as quickly as possible and kept us informed along the way during the changing restrictions.
Jack, who was the repairman that came out for the job, was polite and friendly. He also cleaned so well that the window looked brand new.

Sash Window Restorations were our 'Knights in Shining armour' ... post COVID-19 Govt requirements for ventilation in classrooms meant we had a large number of repairs required on our 135+ year old windows and they had to be done QUICK! Scott and the team were professional, timely and at the end of the job EVERYTHING worked and your wouldn't have known they'd been because they cleaned up as they went along. The west facing bay window that was replaced was quite large as well as a complex task, 5 panels all up. Scott Bennett from Sash Window restorations made excellent recommendations regarding its intrinsic structure and profile and following detailed discussions enlisted McKay Joinery to construct the window panels, measurements had to be exact, Jason (from MJ) did an excellent job, with a small hiccup that was subsequently rectified.The window is double glazed with low E glass. Scott and Jack did a great job with the carpentry during installation. The metal roof was previously uninsulated so Scott

This is the second time I have used the services of Scott and his team on our Californian Bungalow. I would not hesitate to recommend Sash Window Restorations because their workmanship is top notch, the guys are clean and tidy and always arrived on time and as agreed, and the job completed as quoted. Their work may seem expensive, but the end result is excellent and well worth the cost.
