After shopping around for a septic system we couldnt go past garden master, great service easy to deal with company. Nothings ever too hard when dealing with Dave or Kylie, theyre always happy to help. The whole process of installing our new system was made very easy with garden master, they took care of the whole process including submitting all council paperwork. We had a small issue with high water after we moved in and after phoning Kylie late in the afternoon they had someone there first thing next day and was easily sorted. Id definitely recommend garden master

If anyone is in the market for a new Aerated waste water system i wouldn't go anywhere else but Garden master. Not only is the product itself fabulous but you can see that the time and effort has gone into the system making sure it works great.
the service techs seem to know what they are doing and gave me a run through of the system and if i ever have any questions which i definitely do regarding the products that go into the system the office staff are incredibly helpful and so easy to talk to unlike other office environments that try to get you off the phone quickly.

My advice to people is to not purchase a system from this company. We have a 7100 system installed at home. Has worked fine until now where we are discovering a number of problems that a popping up due to the product being very poor quality, and replacement of parts seeming to be a scam. The problems are related to the electrical system. As someone who has been forced to learn a lot about septic systems lately, the shortcomings of the electrical system are obvious. Firstly, the environment (toxic, acidic) needs components that are high quality and sealed so they don't corrode and fail. The very

Absolutely horrible experience the sales/service manager was abrupt and rude .We were told by them that we needed this service and the tank fixed after a call out to which was not true as their technician falsely evaluated the tank and quoted $3000 for a product/service that was not needed. We were told by law it needed to be fixed and we could get a fine if we didn't once again not true. This caused unnecessary stress for both myself and my partner to come up with $3000 dollars for something we didn't need. When I spoke to the sales manager I was told it was a septic system however if the technician
