Great result from Signal Fox! We live in an area that has very bad internet coverage. Geoff was polite, let me know that he was running late, and was very helpful talking me through the set up once it was done. Our internet speeds are amazing now! Just a couple of small issues, I didn't really appreciate his snipe while leaving about not bringing up any more southerners because they are driving up property prices, which is not very accurate. Not really professional to make comments like that to paying customers! Have also called him twice with a couple of quick questions. No reply! All in all,

Beware this company! They quoted $2290 ended up charging $3700 for a mobile phone signal booster (we live in a regional area). - and the previous person who lived in our house told us that a system that cost half of the original quote worked just fine! Repeated requests for a full explanation of what was installed and the charges was repeatedly ignored.

Fantastic service from Signal Fox today. My 83 year old Mother's television all of a sudden had no reception late yesterday. I rang early this morning to book an appointment for my mother. I was so happy that someone could go to her house today to look at it. All fixed now so she can watch the tv tonight. It means a lot to her as it is good company for her as she lives by herself. I really appreciate the great service from Signal Fox. I highly recommend Signal Fox.
