Product recall - I have a recall on a spa heater and the communication has been atrocious. Promises to call back are not kept you call to speak to someone and you do not get a call back. I respect that this is an enormous job but seriously communication with clients/customers is important, something they currently do not have. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I really think their senior managers/owners of the company need to start taking ownership and get the communication to clients better articulated.

I purchased the Zodiac CX20 pool cleaner to improve the performance of our pool and thats what this unit took on and cleaned the pool.
Purchased from pool warehouse excellent service and deliveries only had taken a few days to arrive. The Zodiac CX20 robotics pool cleaner has done a better job cleaning the pool than l would have thought of, up the walls, all over the floor and steps. You still have to just brush a little bit into the pool, but really it does an amazing job, the best pool cleaner l have ever had.

Appalling...worst customer service, no one ever gets back to you -several calls and emails but no action. Moved into our new home in April 21 logged our first call regarding pool heater not working. Took 3 months for someone to come and look at it, told us there was a recall. Waited another 3 months after numerous calls and emails. Finally came out and did recall works however they failed to regulated gas pressure and therefore i have an F6 error. Its been six weeks and still no answer. Have been advised 'Crackentech?' Will come out but refuse to give us contact details and can't find company on

Shockingly bad experience with Astral Fluidra. Waited weeks for someone to come and fix my pool pump (which isn't a year old) - wasn't fixed properly, so called for the technician to come back and fix it. I was sent a text that I'd have an appointment confirmed in 5 days.
5 days later nothing, so I had to call - was on the phone for over an hour. Service centre can't get you off the phone quick enough - saying that an appointment time will be sent by text - ignoring that their failure to do it last time is why I'm calling them! I asked to speak to a supervisor - and was told she "was in a meeting

Appalling in a word. Can not get a straight answer as to when our pool heater may be repairs after over 2 months of contact. Always nice on the phone but no substance in their promises to return your call or email information about the recall repairs needed to get our heater back on line.
