We had a great experience with Melbourne Heating & Cooling several years ago, when they were able to fix our air conditioner quickly while others couldnt fit us in. I rang again recently and Debra was unbelievably helpful and generous with her time. She actually gave me advice to fix my problem over the phone, when she could easily have charged us several hundred dollars for a service. Highly recommend.

They did a great job of fixing our gas heater, which was damaged during the 9 June storm. A couple of communication hiccups in getting the final report (needed to claim the costs of repair), but technically great and very friendly.

Should I ever require your services, knowing all of your staff are fully vaccinated would a huge tick. I would welcome you into my home. Having a high risk family member living here means, not vaccinated, no entry.
