Services
Gutter Cleaning
Our vacuum-based gutter cleaning removes all debris from gutters, valleys, and downpipes, preventing water damage and vermin infestations. Using harnesses for safety, we access all roof pitches and provide post-service condition reports with before-and-after photos. Ideal for residential, commercial, and body corporate properties.
Gutter Guard Installation
Custom-fitted aluminum gutter guards prevent debris buildup while allowing water flow. Installed with non-rusting screws and silicone seals, this solution reduces maintenance needs and protects against bushfire embers. Suitable for all gutter profiles and roof types across residential and commercial properties.
Roof Cleaning
High-pressure cleaning restores roofs to like-new condition without damaging tiles. Our technicians adjust pressure levels for different materials, ensuring safety and longevity. The service includes removing moss, bird droppings, and stains while maintaining strict environmental standards through chemical-free methods.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Professional solar panel cleaning removes dirt, salt, and grime that reduce energy efficiency by up to 40%. Using safe, non-abrasive techniques, we restore panel performance, ensuring maximum electricity savings. Regular maintenance extends panel lifespan and maintains manufacturer warranty conditions.
High Pressure Cleaning
Eco-friendly high-pressure cleaning removes mold, dirt, and grime from driveways, decks, and cladding without harsh chemicals. Our soft-wash option uses biodegradable solutions for delicate surfaces. This service enhances property appearance while preventing long-term structural damage through thorough debris removal.

Report
I needed to take pictures of a rotary screw vacuum pump for a school project. GlobalVac was very welcoming and I got an insider look at their company. Very professional and customer oriented!
