Purchased an off the plan unit at Schofield Gardens and am very happy with the quality of fitout. All the fixtures were of solid workmanship and minor defects were promptly resolved before settlement. Our building manager is also efficient and friendly. Highly recommend purchasing a Schofield Gardens unit as its among one of the best value properties for homebuyers on a tight budget with a great location just 500m from woolies, the station & the new town centre.

A family member purchased a brand new apartment from these guy. Extremely poor communication throughout the process. Rate are double the amount quoted by them. There was a surprise in both toilets at first inspection. Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend.
