This place is awesome, I walk in and grabbed a great deal on a Webber baby Q. Friendly knowledgeable service staff and well presented store. They even threw in a stubby holder.

I had forgotten the steps for cooking a Lamb Roast on my Family Weber Q. I rang AussieBBQs Capalaba hoping to get some directions. ( I did not buy my Weber from them)
I spoke to Alun.
Alun not only gave me the directions for cooking my leg of lamb on my Weber Family Q, he also emailed a recipe to me! How fantastic are these guys ! Above & beyond customer service to all Weber owners. Thank you Alun.

Very disappointed with the service. Upon paying we were told they had the item in stock and will be delivered the same day. When we left, got a call saying it wasn't in stock and will be delivered in the next few days. Delivery guy came today, I was home. He delivered and dropped the 63.5kg box in the middle on my garage door blocking the cars. Did not ring the bell or knock on the door. Very inconsiderate.
