Report
We are passionate about building and everything that comes with it. Being a bespoke building company, we are able to provide a complete service to our clients. Liaison with your architect and consultants to ensure smooth communication and understanding of design and construct. Detailed pricing and scope of works based on your plans and wish list to form part of your fixed price building contract.
Our process
Report
To begin with we always make sure we have your details and a brief overview of your project. We then arrange an informal chat to help us better understand your home ideas and discuss options you may not have considered. We explore different layouts, design ideas, interior and exterior styles, and review any photos you may have collected along the way.
Your team
Report
This is the guy you will see at your initial meeting, when your final proposal is presented, at each of your site meetings, during construction, at handover and for a maintenance visit a year after your build. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience is great value to those lucky enough to work with him.
