Very poor level of service from this place. Kevin came out to measure up but follow through with a quote took way too long and when I left a message for him, it was not passed on so no wonder he didn't call me back. Rang again to chase it up and expressed that it was a bit long winded, only to be told by Hayden that if I didn't like it he would cancel it. Well guys I can spend up to $15K on a gas log fire and installation where my custom will be appreciated.

Amazing experience. Laurie and Kevin were extremely helpful. From the time we walked in the door to the installation far exceeded all expectations. After first visiting a few different places and still having no idea what we needed or wanted, we left with a sound knowledge of what would suit. After now enjoying our fireplace for a few days I can honestly say it was the best decision we’ve made and these guys are exceptional. Highly recommend.
