Absolute amateurish company They don’t take precautionary measures to notify affected residents, they don’t water down the Soils and rake all debris sending plooms of potentially hazardous dust to blanket… neighboring properties Their excuse The hose didn’t have enough water pressure SERIOUSLY!!! do they job properly or be prepared to pay ya clowns 🤡 You’ll be hearing from me until you rectify our issue.

I recently engaged Statewide Demolition to demolish an existing house and clear a very large block at 133 Hastings Street Scarborough. I cannot recommend Statewide and the team enough. From the very beginning until the end, the whole team displayed nothing but professionalism and courtesy.

Just like to thank Nathan and the Statewide team for the the Demo work they completed for Expand Constructions. The Boys were polite,respectful to the neighbouring properties with dust suppression etc and completed the job on time and as quoted. Would not hesitate to use there services again in the future .
