Pergola Design
Our custom pergola designs create seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. Using durable materials like COLORBOND steel and Australian timber, we craft structures that provide shade while maintaining airflow. Each design is tailored to complement your home's architecture and withstand Sydney's climate, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functional longevity for entertaining or relaxation.
Carport Construction
We design and install weather-resistant carports that protect vehicles from harsh elements while enhancing property value. Constructed with high-quality steel and timber, our carports offer durable solutions for single or multiple vehicles. The installation process includes site assessment, material selection, and council approval assistance to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction across Western Sydney.
Deck Building
Specialising in timber and composite decking, we create low-maintenance outdoor spaces that extend living areas. Our decks incorporate safety features like balustrades while maintaining aesthetic appeal. With options for pool surrounds and integrated pergolas, each project includes structural engineering and council-approved plans to guarantee durability and compliance with Australian standards.
Patio Installation
Our patios transform outdoor spaces into year-round entertainment zones using insulated roofing and weatherproof materials. Available in gable, hip, or flat roof designs, installations include council approvals and customisation options to match property styles. We focus on creating functional extensions of indoor living spaces while maintaining structural integrity against Sydney's variable weather conditions.
Council Approval
Navigating local regulations is simplified through our comprehensive council approval service. We handle documentation, structural engineering plans, and submissions for pergolas, decks, and patios. This includes compliance checks with Bayside, Georges River, and Wollongong councils to ensure projects meet all legal requirements while minimising client administrative burden.

Very poor service. After waiting 10 days for a response after sending through my details I decided to call them. We then were emailing back and forward and finally Sam advised if I had sent him my address he will come out and provide a quote for a pergola. Guess what, he did not bother contacting me back. If they didn't want the job, why didn't they just say so? Luckily for us, we found another company who provided fantastic service.

We just finished a full remodel of our home in Sydney South, the wife and I wanted a pergola installed on our beach side property at Cronulla. We had four estimates, and hoping Ted's would be competitive, since we liked his ideas and personality.
Ted and The Pergolas Sydney Authority team created an immaculate pergolas for us. The pergola construction started early on a Monday which was great. The tradesman showed up everyday and on time. Ted modified my existing patio as well which came out great and saved us money. The pergola is solid and looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Ted and The

After receiving a handful of bids from other carport builders in Sydney, we decided to go with Pergolas Sydney Authority and we have been very pleased with the work. Their estimate was competitive and clearly broken-out by the involved work and costs of building the carport. Ted and the Pergolas Sydney Authority team came in and SAVED MY DAY!! If I could give them 11 stars...I would!! Can't say enough about Pergolas Sydney Authority!
