Dont waste your time or money with the rip-off merchants Grant & John. Extremely rude & overpriced. If youre after superior service & the best pricing, head over to Steamaster. Due + Tam will treat you like humans.

I recently attended a course (Carpet+Upholstery, Cleaning & Stain Removal) at Advanced Specialized. I found Grant & John to be great teachers and learned a lot over the four days. I started out buying the odd chemical and minor equipment from them. I have full confidence in the guys at Advance and intend to have them as my first port of call for everything in the future.
