Business Details
Just a small note to thank you for your instant assistance for arranging technical advice and management approval to change and alter the workings of the tilter door in my garage. I thought I would have to leave my car on the front lawn or driveway. First having Gary to review and his advice was great.
Then Jamie showing such great understanding with what was required by trial and error, overcoming what I thought was not possible, and so quickly. Once again many thanks to you and all that were involved. I am writing to say thank you. Most people are quick to complain when things go wrong but very seldom to say thank you when things go well.
You came when you said you would, both to the quote and the installation and did a good job. I will have no hesitation to recommend you to my friends. Excellent customer service woman on the phone. Service men are courteous, clean workers, professional and pleasant to talk with in my experiences.
