I have had my furniture in storage here for almost a year. Due to covid I fell behind I have been threatened with eviction of my possessions in storage . I paid the fees and was refused entry by LEWIS the manager . Even when it was up to date. Now today 2/11/2021 they have taken money out of my account for fee's which are not due and refuse to put it back in my account today. I think a trip to my solicitor is the only way to sort this out management at self storage solutions is just a joke no manners and very rude.

The unit size estimate was spot on and perfect for our needs! Communication was top notch, unlike any I've experienced with other businesses. Should we need a storage option again, I'll be contacting Self Storage Solutions without hesitation and you should too. Small family run business doing all the right things!
