Very friendly and easy to deal with. Made an order and requested for it to be hold for a few weeks before delivery and it was not a problem at all.

I contacted Blacktown Building Supplies to check stock of an item that has a 3 month lead time at other stores, they luckily had a customer return stock that day. Being 4 days out from Christmas, I expected a delivery after the new year, but they were able to organise a delivery within 2 days so we could get the item before Christmas. The customer service over the phone, online and the delivery driver were amazing. Thanks team, I'll be switching to BBS for all our building supplies!
