Disgusting customer service after doing a terrible job. Had a new antenna and amplifier installed at my property. Charged nearly 2 grand The amplifier was affixed using duct tape. Discovered this a week later when we had to get on the roof to clean the gutters. Rang multiple times asking them to fix their shoddy workmanship with the promise each time that someone would come out that day to rectify their crap work. Surprise Surprise, no show! Apparently, the job has been booked in for this week. Guaranteed they won't show. Next step VCAT. Do not use this company!!

Beware if you don’t know about TV’s.
A lady friend who lives by herself recently called these guys because she had lost the HD channels on both her TV’s at the same time. The guy came the next day and diagnosed the TV aerial, which he promptly replaced without quoting a price. This apparently didn’t solve the problem so he supplied and attached a set top box to each TV which now magically worked. Cost (and I have a copy of the Bill):
$890 for the aerial (that’s right!) and $900 for the two set top boxes ($450 each). Labour $150.
Total cost with GST: $2464 just to get HD back on her

ZERO STARS. This company is an absolute rip off and when you have concerns that you want to speak to someone about they never return calls or emails. We were charged $750 for a basic antenna replacement and have been trying to chase up why when we were quoted a hell of a lot less. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am sure there are more reputable antenna companies out there who do right by their clients.

Asked for FM radio signal to be clear, and improved. The technician said that he would install an antenna splitter and wouldn't charge if the reception did not improve. But because he had to go, I had to pay.
After further analysing in the evening and this morning, I have found I am not receiving 106.7 and 107.5, also no stations from 88Hz to 100Hz range. (Update: 19/4 - No stations coming through now, only 104.3, also my tuner is no longer getting static in between stations)
I brought this to Richards attention, and he said that it was out of good faith that they came out to fix my FM issue

Melbourne had wild storms on 9 and 10 June 2021 and my television antenna was badly damaged and TV not working. My son rang Antennas Today on 10 June, and they replaced it that day. It was done in a very short time, although I received a bill for $649! I was shocked as I wasn’t expecting such an amount. I contacted my insurer to see if it was covered under my policy and was relieved when I was told that it was, but I needed an invoice referring to the storm damage. I rang the mobile number on the bottom of the original invoice and got a male who said ‘we don’t do that’ and then just hung

There should be a 0 stars option here. These people are ridiculous, and unfortunately we should have come here to read their unlucky past customers' reviews first before calling them. We were having trouble with our TV reception, so we googled the best antenna service people in the area and this business is what we got as top search. They say on their website that they will do a free assessment and provide a quote of the work that needs to be done. The tech guy came over and just started doing the work without even giving us a quote. He finished the job, and slapped us with an invoice. To make

If I could post 0 stars I would. This rip off of a company arrived at my house to check a faulty tv antenna. First I was told that diagnosis was $220 and any parts would be on top of that. The result was me needing a new antenna at $550. The story was that this was the lowest price as it was the last job for the day. Thinking that was incredibly expensive I managed to get another quote over the phone of $320 for exactly the same job. I used that quote to get these guys down to $370. The only reason I went through with the sale was that I wanted the issue fixed then & there. Although the difference

Disappointing .They came to my house, installed an antenna in 90 minutes and handed my wife an invoice for $2400 without any prior quote or indication of price. A few days later I called up to complain and they sent me a partial refund back without any explanation as to why I was over charged so much.
The positive thing I can say is that the job seemed to be done well- but the misquote (and no prior indication of price) left a bad taste.
