Rude and no idea what customer service is. Their attitude is customers should be privileged that they are servicing us. Call out for a service, they give no timeframe. They come when they want to come keeping customer in the dark. And that is IF they come. They then feel perfectly right to send an invoice. As some of other reviews here, they often cause more damage. Give them a miss until they drop their ego.

Terrible service. Asked to get analysis done on our spa and got someone come into our backyard not even knocking to confirm what the issue is and started changing a valve unnecessarily breaking what was working and got invoiced for this. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Called in for a quote to replace a sand filter for the pool. Every other places, give me a quote and moved on. Image Pools & Service not only were competitive in your pricing, but above all took time to ask me a few question which the answers led to resolving the issue without replacing the filter. I recommend this business highly as they have high standards and not always look after the bottom line, instead provide service that encourages repeat business.
