From first contact through to completion, I received first class service. They know their stuff which is one of the major benefits of dealing with people who focus on a specific product line rather than try to handle everything

Just had our free-standing fire installed by Craig last week. The installation looks great and was completed to a high standard. Ryan helped me out with plenty of good advice and was always friendly and professional
The Kelman fire itself is of good quality and is doing a great job heating the entire house whilst being easy to maintain
I highly recommend these guys, thanks again

Wonderful service from start to finish. Great to deal with. The fitting of the fire by Craig and his Dad was so hassle free. I was kept informed throughout the process and asked about how I wanted the fireplace to look. The fireplace looks great and everything was left clean and tidy. I would recommend anyone to use this company, thank you for your great attitude and service
