It was November 2020 when David came to quote. We accepted the quote and delivery was expected in early January 21. We did not hear from him and in mid January 21 tried calling him to understand the status with no response. We called the manufacturers to find out what was going on and we're advised that he had submitted the payment and they facilitated the payment. We were advised that they would fast track the production hosever it took the same lead time and was available around the end of February 2021. It then took another 10 days to get the erection done and another 10 days to get the pergola
