Horrible customer service . Knowledgeable staff if your lucky enough to get someone to answer . Takes forever to get anyone live to pick up . Be prepared to hurry up and wait. Longest wait times of any manufacturer Ive experienced

Warranty repair time in Australia is over 3 months. Either they are incompetent or no longer manufacturing parts for units sold here.
