Jason and Fiona gave me a lot of time assisting with our fireplace decisions. They were considerate, knowledgeable and patient. I felt their decisions were always focused on what was best for our project. I also changed direction on two occasions and they were accommodating and added value along the way. Without hesitation I would recommend Highland Fires and BBQ's to anyone considering their home heating needs

This has been our first winter with our fab Rinnai gas fireplace and we're so thankful we made the decision to get one. When we were doing our renovation, Highland Fires & BBQs worked with our budget and understood what we were trying to achieve. Super happy with the outcome. And I don't have to chop wood!
