These guys were great throughout the entire process of purchase and install of our Escea fire. Very helpful and clear communication. The installer (Ashley @ Gaswise Plumbing) was excellent - highly recommend him and Home Fires.

Went in today to take advantage of their sales. Was looking at buying a q2000 and put a deposit on a new Weber smoke fire ex6 and a couple bags of charcoal.
Waited 15-20 minutes for someone to offer me assistance no one ever did. I watched other people walk into the shop and get helped straight away. I could understand being busy but ignoring customers to serve another is beyond a joke. Never have I walked out of a shop with such bad customer service. I will now be taking my purchasing elsewhere and will no longer be recommending home fires fan man to anyone. The only reason youre not getting

I was very happy with the service I received from the salesperson and the helpful information provided on the use of the BBQ (webber family Q) .I also bought some accories for the BBQ. The salesperson was NOT PUSHY to buy other parts for the BBQ as other stores do. I fully recommend home fires minto for your BBQ needs.
