Services
Ceiling Insulation
We install high-performance ceiling insulation using Earthwool, Knauf, and Ecowool products to enhance thermal efficiency and reduce energy costs. Our systems meet Australian standards for fire resistance and acoustic control. Suitable for new constructions and retrofitting existing homes.
Wall Insulation
Our wall insulation solutions improve indoor comfort by minimising heat transfer and noise transmission. We supply and install batts and boards designed for internal and external wall applications in residential and commercial buildings. Products include fire-rated options for enhanced safety.
Underfloor Insulation
We provide underfloor insulation systems using Glasswool FloorShield and other high-density materials to prevent heat loss and dampness. Ideal for elevated timber and concrete slab constructions, our installations comply with Australian energy efficiency requirements for residential properties.
Acoustic Insulation
Specialist acoustic insulation services reduce noise transmission between rooms and external environments. We use Knauf Acoustic Batt and Roll products in commercial buildings, schools, and multi-residential developments to achieve optimal sound control while maintaining thermal performance standards.
Foil Blanket Installation
Our foil blanket systems create radiant heat barriers in roofs and walls. Using Ametalin and TradeSelect products, we install multi-layered reflective insulation that complies with Australian building codes for thermal performance in both new and existing constructions across South Australia.

I bought some Earthwool insulation batts from Zia last year. They were about $180 cheaper than if I had bought them from a well-known hardware store. I could have saved even more, but I unwittingly bought them through a third party. They were easy to install too. No need to worry about gloves. I am getting a new roof put on my house. I was quoted $2000 to install R1.3 blanket with a medium-duty foil backing. Zia quoted me $1250 to supply R2.5 with a heavy-duty foil backing. No prizes for guessing which option I will take. Zia is very friendly and very helpful too.
