We have recently had Australian Glass Brisbane to our apartment to opaque some glass doors and also to install a glass window on our Alfresco area that just had permanent open shutters. The service has been excellent and would like to make a special mention of Shaun, who installed our glass window. He rang first thing in the morning, to let us know the time he would be arriving. He then rang us half an hour before the time of his arrival, to say he was still caught up on the job he was doing and would be half an hour after the time he had mentioned, and was that still alright to come. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN GAVIN from Australia Glass Brisbane. I contacted 3 mirror companies PRIOR to contacting John @ - Australia Glass Brisbane. 1 never returned my call, 2 quoted, but were very expensive, all 3 provided very poor, lack lustre customer service. It was deflating. I decided to ring one more company! I received immediate outstanding PROFESSIONAL SERVICE from John @ Australia Glass Brisbane.
